Ahead of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A22 in the near future, SamMobile has released some of the latest renders for the smartphone along with its full specifications. Reporting from 91 Mobiles, the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G has a square module on the back with three cameras and an LED flash. Then there is also the Samsung logo on the back body.

On the right side of the body, there are volume buttons and the power button which also doubles as a fingerprint scanner sensor embedded in it. While on the left side of the body there is a card slot for a SIM card and may accommodate a microSD card slot. Then on the front, this smartphone has a notch in the form of a water drop to place the selfie camera. Reportedly, this smartphone will feature a 6.6-inch Infinity-V IPS LCD screen, with FHD + resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Samsung Galaxy A22 is also rumored to be available in black, light green, purple, and white.
The 5G model will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset with a clock of 2.2GHz. The chipset collaborates with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. 64GB of internal memory which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 1TB. This smartphone will run the Android 11 operating system with the OneUI 3.1 interface. Also equipped with Dolby Atmos and Samsung Pay. As for the battery, this smartphone will have a 5000 mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. Reportedly, the Galaxy A22 5G will have a thickness of 9mm and a weight of 203 grams.
For cameras, this smartphone will have 3 rear cameras. It consists of a 48MP main wide-angle sensor, a 5MP Ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. This smartphone will also be able to record 4K video through its main camera. While on the front will have an 8MP resolution camera. It is likely that the 5G model will retail for $242.25.
