OPPO Find X6 Series Unveiled in China
The presence of the OPPO Find X6 Series has been awaited by many people because of its superior camera setup. Having a very different appearance from the previous generation, the Find X6 series has a very large camera circle behind the body. The camera setup resembles a number of the latest flagship smartphones such as Honor and Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
OPPO markets this series with three main cameras. The point is that the three sensors are equally superior, both wide, ultra-wide, and periscope sensors. Especially the Pro series which has three flagship sensors, better than other flagships on the market.

In the Pro series, the main camera sensor uses the Sony IMX989, as in the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro. Interestingly, the ultra-wide and periscope sensors both use the Sony IMX890 measuring 1/1.56 inch. That is the camera sensor used in a number of other flagship smartphones.
Not only is the telephoto 2x zoom inferior, but the periscope sensor also has the capability of 3x optical zoom and 6x hybrid zoom. Strengthened by Hasselblad Portrait Mode, the main sensor and periscope can simulate portrait results from the Hasselblad XCD30 & XCD80 camera series. Complete with professional mode, XPAN mode, and color profile.
The camera quality is also improved through the MariSilicon X NPU. It helps speed up the focusing process and 42% better image stabilization on periscope sensors. This smartphone can record videos with Dolby Vision 4K HDR standards and high-quality 4k at 3x & 6x zoom. Unfortunately, the front camera sensor still uses the Sony IMX709.

Apart from the Pro series, there is also a standard variant that has specifications that are no less interesting. The main camera uses the IMX890 sensor, similar to the periscope. Meanwhile, the ultra-wide sensor uses the Samsung JN1, although both support autofocus. The screen dimensions are reduced to 6.74 inches with a slightly lower resolution.
The battery capacity of the standard variant also drops slightly, to 4,800 mAh with support for 80W Fast Charging. Unlike the Pro variant which has IP68, the standard variant has IP64 certification. So it can not be used below the surface of the water. For the price, the standard variant sells for CNY4,499 or around US$655.07 for the 12/256GB version.
