Oppo Enco Air Design
Oppo Enco Air has a charging case design that is round and flat. Quite slim and comfortable when put in the pocket. The overall weight is only 40.4 grams. The charging case cover is made transparent with doff plastic material. Really different from TWS in general. There is an indicator light on the front. Each earbud weighs just 3.75 grams. So don’t be surprised if it feels light when you open and take the earbuds. The design is semi-in-ear which has been tested and shaped to fit the natural curve of the human ear. It is IPX4 certified so you don’t have to worry if this device gets splashed with water. This TWS comes in two color variants, namely misty white and misty black.
Features & Performance The Oppo Enco Air
TWS is the world’s first wireless earphone to receive a high-performance/low latency certificate for TWS from TUV Rheinland. Obtained after passing a long series of tests. The tests included cross-system compatibility, latency, transmission stability, and call clarity. This device is made with tuning from Oppo’s Blue-ray Technology R&D team who has 16 years of experience in the audio world. Using a 12 mm composite titanium dynamic driver and a powerful bass booster that work in harmony to amplify every detail. Delivers electrifying bass and trill treble along with rich mid-range tones.
This device uses dual-microphone beamforming technology. Each earbud has highly sensitive internals for enhanced focus and vocal clarity. Equipped with an AI-intensive algorithm that utilizes DNN to reduce noise. Stimulates human binaural hearing to distinguish and separate human voice and background noise in real-time. With Bluetooth 5.2 chip, this TWS is optimized for stable connection, low power consumption, and stronger anti-interference ability. Offers solid connection stability within a range of up to 10 meters.
Regarding the battery life, you don’t have to worry. Charging the earbuds and case on a single charge can deliver 8 hours of high-quality audio in just 10 minutes of charging. When fully charged, the earbuds have a battery life of 4 hours for listening to music. When used with a charging case, you can enjoy music for 24 hours. These earbuds also offer up to 2.5 hours of talk time and 15 hours of talk time when used with the charging case.
How to Operate
How to connect this TWS to your smartphone is quite easy. This TWS will connect to your smartphone as soon as you open the case. If the earbuds are removed and not in use, they will automatically enter low power consumption mode.
Operation is also quite simple, just double-tap to continue the song or answer/end a phone call. Triple-tap if you want to activate Google voice assistant. Tap and hold the left earpiece for 1 second to lower the audio volume or launch game mode. Tap and hold both earpieces to enter auto-pairing while wearing earbuds.
For Oppo smartphone users with the operating system ColorOS 7.0and above, enter the Bluetooth menu, select “Oppo Enco Air” > “headphone function”. As for older Oppo smartphones or other Android smartphones, download the application HeyMelody to make adjustments.
Oppo Enco Air comes with its own charm. Has a TUV Rheinland certificate which has passed a long series of tests. This device is one of the TWS that you must consider right now. The Oppo Enco Air retails for $68.85.
