JBL, a company from the United States released their new devices, one of which is the JBL Flip 6. After two years with the JBL Flip 5, this time JBL Flip 6 comes with various improvements, both outside and in it. The JBL Flip series itself is already quite popular for a compact Bluetooth speaker that is easy to carry anywhere.

In addition to the Flip 6, JBL has also released two other new speakers, namely the JBL PartyBox 110 and PartyBox 710. Both of these speakers have much larger dimensions. As the name implies, both speakers are intended for event purposes. Because the sound output is much stronger plus the feature to connect between devices.

From the outside, not much has changed. The design is still the same as a small tube. However, there are slight changes to the larger JBL logo design. And JBL also provides a choice of 9 very varied colors, ranging from plain to patterned. In addition to looks, JBL also increases the durability of the device. If the previous generation has resistance to a depth of 1 meter of water in 30 minutes (IPX7). So, in the latest generation, users also don’t have to worry about being exposed to dust. Why? Since this new device is IP67 compliant, there is no need to worry about outdoor use.

The duration of use is still the same – the same 12 hours. However, the sound output will be better, thanks to the addition of two tweeters and a passive radiator. Theoretically able to provide better depth and thump than before. Likewise with connectivity, where this device already supports Bluetooth 5.1. plus it can be paired with other JBL speakers that support the feature PartyBoost.

The lights can also be synced with music, although only the variant PartyBox 710has colored lights on the strobe. These two speakers can also be connected via a USB port and Bluetooth. It has an IPX4 certification which is splash-proof. Users can also connect musical instruments such as guitars and microphones to the speakers directly. For the series PartyBox 110, the sound output reaches 160 watts. While the 710 series is much more jarring at 800W.

Except for the JBL PartyBox 110 which is already available in the United States and retails for $399. The JBL Flip 6 retails for $130 and the PartyBox 710 retails for $800.
