Huawei introduces two new monitors that are claimed to be pleasing to the eyes and ears of users. There’s the Huawei MateView for general users and the MateView GT for gamers.
Monitor has a size of 28.2 inches and uses an IPS LCD panel. It has an aspect ratio of 3:2 and has a 4K resolution. The design is elegant and minimalist. Attached to a thin, height-adjustable stand. To protect the eyes, this monitor is flicker-free and has a low blue light certification from TUV Rheinland. It has thin bezels with a screen-to-body ratio of 94%. Huawei MateView offers 500 nits of brightness and is certified DisplayHDR 4000. This monitor includes 98% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, calibrated deltaE <2, and 10-bit color depth which makes color gradations look smooth.
At the bottom edge of the screen, Huawei places the Smart Bar. Users only need to tap and swipe with one or two fingers on that section. While on the stand, there is a speaker hole. Inside is a dual-speaker with 5W power. There are dual microphones that can reduce ambient noise and improve voice clarity.
This monitor can be a hub because Huawei has installed a fairly complete port on the side and back of the stand. There’s USB-A, USB-C, 3.5mm audio jack, mini DP, and HDMI. Huawei provides a 135W power adapter that allows the USB-C port to do 65W charging. Another advantage is the Wireless Project. So the phone is simply displayed at the bottom of the support leg. This monitor retails for $735.51.
Huawei MateView GT
The monitor is here for gamers. Carrying a 34-inch screen with a curvature of 1500R, a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. Huawei provides a 165 Hz refresh rate, plus gaming features such as Crosshairs and Dark Field Control so that it helps see opponents more clearly. This monitor promises 350 nits of brightness and 4000:1 contrast ratio. Additionally, the MateView GT monitor is provided with HDR10 support, 90% DCI-P3 coverage, 121% sRGB coverage and calibrated to deltatE.
The ports owned by this monitor are complete and place on the back of the body. There’s HDMI 2.0, USB-C, DisplayPort 1.4, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Uniquely there is a soundbar with a power of 2x 2.5W at its feet. The soundbar has RGB-Backlit touch controls that can be used to adjust the volume and adjust the lighting effects as desired. Users can adjust the height and tilt of this monitor. The more complete, there is a 135W adapter for charging. This monitor retails for $563.33.
