Square Enix is preparing to release their newest game, NEO: The World Ends With You, for Nintendo Switch on July 27. In addition to the Switch, the Playstation 4 console and PC are the two platforms that are also intended for the game. The title of the game may sound familiar to most gamers. Especially those who do not follow the release of the game on Nintendo and are less interested in the background story from Japan. With such a narrow segmentation, Square Enix doesn’t want gamers to buy the wrong one and even disappoint them. For this reason, the NEO: The World Ends With You demo was released via the Nintendo Switch eShop on June 25. A month before the full version of the game was released.
Square Enix really intends to give gamers a chance to taste it first before deciding to buy the full version of this game or not. With a small memory requirement of 1.7 GB, it certainly doesn’t burden the Switch console’s storage which has 32GB of internal memory.
Gamers will get Rindo and Fret characters for the demo version. Both can be played up to the specified game limit, to then proceed to the full version. However, if you want to continue the progress of the game from the demo version, gamers must play it on the same platform. This demo version can also be found on the Playstation Store for PS4 and the Epic Games Store for PC users.
Popular Among Gamers Lovers of Japanese Culture
This game is indeed very popular among gamers who love Japanese culture. Not only anime-like character designs but also the setting of a place that takes place in Shibuya. In Japan, the game is known as Shin Subarashiki Kono Sekai or NEO: It’s a Wonderful World.
As a sequel game, Square developed this game together with the developer’s hand. The first series itself is now also available on mobile platforms such as the Android Store, and iOS.
