Soon, Asus will officially announce the presence of the Asus Zenfone 8. The leaker account @stufflistings reveals the full specifications of Zenfone 8. The specifications of this smartphone are very tough.

Using the strongest chipset from Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon 888. Asus pairs up to 16GB of RAM with UFS 3.1 internal memory with a capacity of 256GB. This smartphone has a screen measuring 5.9 inches. Using the Samsung E4 AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This smartphone screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and supports an on-screen fingerprint sensor.

In terms of dimensions, the iPhone 12 has dimensions of 146.7mm x 71.5mm x 7.4mm and weighs 164 grams. While the Zenfone 8 has dimensions of 148 mm x 68.5 mm x 8.9 mm and weighs 169 grams. Asus makes this smartphone longer and slimmer which is likely to be more comfortable when held.

This smartphone has 2 rear cameras. The main camera is 64MP with a sensor IMX686 and a 12MP wide-angle and macro camera. Asus provides 8K recording support, and 4K Slow-mo 120 fps. In order to better capture sound, three Ozo Audio mics are embedded. The front camera is 12MP. This Taiwanese technology vendor provides EIS features on the front and rear cameras.

The Zenfone 8 will have a 4,000 mAh capacity battery and support 30W fast charging. Other features that complement this phone include a linear vibration motor, USB-C, 3.5mm audio jack that supports Hi-Fi audio playback, FM Radio, and dual speakers. The smartphone runs ZenUI 8 based on Android 11 and supports 5G connectivity. Other connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6.
